Masters Scholarship@ Erasmsu Mundus in Global Innovation Management for International Applicants


Description: This Programme (MSC) is a unique 2-year programme offered jointly by the University of Strathclyde (Scotland), Aalborg University (Denmark), Hamburg University of Technology (Germany) and, Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) which enables graduates of first degrees in engineering, science and technology to successfully manage the innovation process across international boundaries.
Students have the opportunity to study at two European Universities, with a third option to study in Australia in year 2, and the programme’s delivery over two years provides a greater depth of learning, more industrial engagement and a rich cultural experience.
Starting Date: The programme starts in September of each year with a number of ERASMUS MUNDUS scholarships available for both Non-EU (Catagory A) and EU based (Catagory B) Students.

Master’s Scholarship Program @ Erasmus Mundus MSc in EuroAquae-HydroInformatics and Water Management- Subject:EuroAquae-HydroInformatics and Water Managment

Masters Scholarships for international Students @Erasmsu Mundus- Subject:Environmental Technology and Engineering


Description: The IMETE programme intensively promotes networking and exchange of knowledge and experience between different nationalities, in particular with scholars and students from developing countries and countries in transition, which are rapidly growing markets for the application of environmental technologies.
IMETE is offered by a consortium consisting of 3 leading Higher Education Institutes: Ghent University (UGent, Gent, Belgium), UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education (UNESCO-IHE, Delft, The Netherlands), and Institute of Chemical Technology Prague (ICTP, Prague, Czech Republic). Numerous associated partners from all over the world contribute to the programme. (more information).
Student mobility within Europe is an integral part of the programme, which contains 120 ECTS (2 years). During the programme, students study at Delft (The Nederlands), Prague (Czech Republic) and Gent (Belgium). The master thesis research is carried out in one of these locations, or in one of the many associated partner institutions all over the world.

Master Scholarship Programme @Erasmus Mundus in Evolutionary Biology-International


Description: Erasmus Mundus Master Programme in Evolutionary Biology is a new two-year research oriented master programme for talented and motivated students who are interested in understanding evolution in all its facets. MEME is a joint project between four European universities (University of Groningen, Netherlands; Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich, Germany; Uppsala University, Sweden; University of Montpellier II, France) and Harvard University (USA). Students will start the programme at one of these universities, and will spend at least one semester at a partner university. Upon completion of the program, students will be awarded double or (in some cases) triple degrees from two or three partner universities.
The European Commision will grant a number of scholarships to highly qualified students to participate in the MEME programme. The selection procedure for these scholarships will be carried out by the Admission and Examination Committee of the MEME programme. Each year, a total of 18 – 20 scholarships will be awarded to participating students. There will be 10 scholarships for category A students and 8 scholarships for category B students. Because of an EU initiative named “Western Balkans and Turkey Window”, we will be able to award two additional scholarships to students from the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Croatia and Turkey. These scholarships will be awarded as category A scholarships.
Scholarships for both categories of students will cover all participation costs for the MEME programme, including tuition fee, insurance, language courses and summer schools.

Erasmus Mundus(Masters) Scholarships 2010 for Masters Program @ University of Lincoln, UK in Forensic Science 2011

 

Description: Scholarships students must have Bachelor degree in Science l. This professional focus does not exclude research activities, which are very necessary owing to the dynamic nature of this science.
Applications:Applicants must possess a Bachelor degree in Science (or equivalent) from a recognised official Higher Education Institution in order to apply. The candidates need to accredit a minimum grade to access the course, being this 60% (upper second class). In case a percentage is not stated on the official transcript, the candidate will have to supply a certificate from their academic institutions in which percent marks are linked to the different grades awarded by the institution.Applicants also need to accredit a sufficient level of English to follow the course (IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 550 paper based, TOEFL 79 internet, or equivalent).

Doctorate Scholarship in Erasmus Mundus in Interactive and Cognitive Environment



Time period: Three years.
Description: The programme has three major focuses, that will be iteratively pursued during the whole progress of the candidate’s track. The former concerns the acquisition and the formalization of knowledge in specific advanced domains, achieved through lectures and seminars. The second aims at keeping PhD students in strict touch with leading research groups that have proven experiences in research activities in basic disciplines necessary for the PhD course in the five partner universities. The latter involves actual industry/academy joint research activities on projects in cooperation with leading ICT companies, typically under international institutional umbrellas, such as the European Research Frameworks.
Requirements: Candidates must hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree or equivalent title and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles of ICT engineering. ICE aims at developing and enhancing master students’ knowledge and skills in order to shape a new generation of professionals able to exploit (and further enhance) cutting-edge ICT technologies to design and implement – in multi-disciplinary work teams – innovative solutions in the ever more pervasive fields of application.
