Senior Service Desk Assistant @ Lancaster University- Information Systems Services

Description:  Two Senior Service Desk Assistant needed at information systems services. As Senior Service Desk Assistant, you will be part of a team providing first line support to users of the University's IT services. Applicants for this post must have experience of working in a customer service environment as well as certified IT experience. You will combine your IT and problem solving skills with a strong user-focus to ensure excellent service to the user community.
 Time Period: 12 months.

Salary : £17,111 to £19,185 Apprx.
